Arabest 127 CC is a company located in South Africa which manufactures and develops tissue paper using recycle paper as raw product. This project included a production and installation of a new crescent former paper machine with a width of 2850mm and a design speed of 1300m/min, which can produce high-quality household paper products, including toilet paper, facial tissues, napkins, and tissues.
Current products manufactured in the paper mill include toilet paper, facial tissues, napkins, and tissues.
The supply includes a hydraulic headbox, crescent former, press section, hot air system, stainless steel Yankee dryer, mechanical drive system, condensate water system, hydraulic and lubrication system, and other auxiliary components.
